Home Equity Loan / HELOC
Often the lowest interest rate option if you have equity built up, through your bank or credit union.
Construction Loan
For new home builds, with funds released in draws as construction milestones are completed.
Personal / Renovation Loan
Unsecured financing for smaller projects, typically faster to close than a home equity product.
Insurance / FEMA Funds
